University students are often overwhelmed with the pressures of Uni life... They are balancing the needs of study, social, and often work all at the same time! Secondary schools are a really difficult transition for a lot of young people. Not only is it a time of new schools, new rules, more homework, additional students etc, it is also when the brain starts to change, emotions are stronger and more difficult to manage and socialising becomes the highest priority. More and more teens are suffering from Mental Health illnesses during this time and struggle to communicate with adults. Coaching offers a safe confidential space for these young people to get to know themselves and what they want to do.
